Can anyone use Indy.auction?

Yes - as long as you are not selling any prohibited items, anyone can use Indy.auction. Charities, brands, individuals and community groups can use the auction platform for both online fundraising and commercial auctions.

Both the admin portals and bidder interfaces have been designed to support online charity auctions and for-profit auctions.

What is The Auction Collective?

Indy.auction is a white-label online auction software from The Auction Collective.

The Auction Collective also promotes a curated selection of the best auctions being run through the indy.auction platform.
How do I set up an online auction?

Whether an online auction for charity (a benefit auction) or a commercial auction, setting up is very easy just speak with one of our Auction Advisors.

As soon as you create your account, you can start customising your auction pages and adding your auction lots. Then once your account has been validated, you can go live for bidding. 
Which countries does Indy.auction support?
Indy.auction can be used to run online auctions anywhere in the world.
 
Auctions can be run in one of 10 currencies: Great British Pounds, United States Dollars, Euros, Hong Kong Dollars, Japanese Yen, Singapore Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Indian Rupee and Swiss Francs.
 
The software has a simple registration process for bidders designed to support an international audience of sellers and buyers.
What is a silent auction?

A silent auction, also referred to as a Timed Auction, Online Auction, Online-Only Auction or Digital Auction, distinguishes itself by the absence of an auctioneer.

A silent auction works with bidders placing online bids within a set time frame.

At indy.auction we prefer the term Timed Auction as we also support online live-stream auctions (join the wait list here).
